How will we do this?
We take on your property for 2 - 5 years on a legal legitimate management agreement
With your consent, we furnish and refurbish the property to a high standard. We guarantee this standard will be maintained throughout the agreement period
We rent out the property on a nightly basis for clients seeking a short stay. All clients are ID checked and their identity verified before booking a stay with us.
We then pay you monthly rent (on time) from the income generated
We cover all the property maintenance responsibilities(T&c's apply)throughout our tenancy
